Thin Coat/Multi Coat Silicone Render Warranties
Reputable Rendering Ltd offer a range of warranties for our silicone render systems.
From our lowest specified warranty with a two-year crack-free guarantee and ten years’ delamination to our highest specified warranty of 25 years you can be rest assured that we have you covered and give you confidence in our system installations.
National House Building Council (NHBC) Warranties
Warranties for NHBC are provided to meet the current 10-year standard for all our commercial clients. Here at Reputable Rendering Ltd we can survey and specify accordingly, tailored to the necessary requirements for each individual project.
Our installations meet the current most up to date standard required in the industry to satisfy our clients’ obligation to any new development schemes and standards.
External Wall Insulation (EWI) Warranties
Reputable Rendering Ltd are registered installers of products such as K-rend and Johnstone’s EWI systems amongst many others.
When we offer this service a full survey and pull test are done before specification and due to these detailed property surveys and our attention to detail, we can offer a comprehensive detailed warranty.
These warranties start with a minimum of 20 years and up to a maximum of 30 years for both materials and labour.
EWI Maintenance & Extended Warranty Subscription
This plan is a premium subscription over the period of the course of the warranty.
Although we have every confidence in our systems it is recommended to maintain any installation. Whether that is to simply re-seal and keep it clean or to repaint and survey after any building alterations or transfer of warranties.

K-rend, Krend, Krender. K-render Warranty
Our specified K-Rend systems come with a 25-year warranty.
